WORRY-FREE RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with the look and comfort of you’re THE WAY I AM products.
How long do I have to return a product?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 15 days of the original ship date for a full refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging in order for the refund to be processed.
The shipping costs incurred to ship an item back to THE WAY I AM are not covered by THE WAY I AM.
We highly recommend carriers that offer a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
On sale items and custom orders are final sales.
1. Write us an email at: email@example.com Use "RETURN" in your email's subject. Please mention your order number, your name and the reason of the return in your email.
2. We'll send you a Return Authorization Code in 48 to 72 hours. (ex.: RAC 000000-00)
3. Send the item back:

The item must be sent back in its original packaging with the authorization code written on the outside of the package (use a marker or something easy to spot). The code is valid as long as the post mark of the returned product is within 7 days of our authorization email.
Returns from the United States must be made via USPS only. We highly recommend you use a tracking number. Packages with custom fees will be refused. All returned articles must be declared as "Canadian goods return" on the custom declaration. If you forget to do so, the package may be refused and sent back to you.
Please note that items coming from the US must first pass through customs at the Canadian border before arriving at our Montreal office to be processed. If your tracking number suggests that the item was delivered to Champlain, NY, it could take upwards of 3 to 5 business days to get to Montreal.
4. Once we receive the item and validate that the product is unaltered and approved for refund, your credit card will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, once an item is received in our office it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Items returned without a proper return authorization code will be refused.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages of returned products.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

What if I receive a faulty item?
If one of our products happens to be defective or broken upon reception, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com
We will then assist you with the exchange procedure. The exchange procedure must be made within 7 days upon reception of your package.
